The countryside is never too far away in Vietnam. Even Saigon’s busy urban sprawl has a quiet retreat called Binh Quoi, located on Thanh Da in Binh Thanh District. Any taxi driver would know. They also have food and a weekend buffet worth checking out. I recommend this area if you want to take a step back to the basics of a more tranquil lifestyle away from the noise and busy antics of city life without having to travel very far. This place is probably only 20 to 30 minutes from District 1 depending on traffic. Beyond Binh Quoi there are also a lot of neighboring smaller establishments that allow fishing and shrimping.

Nina you are very good. You can live rural viet nam and be fine
Same river, i used to skip school, swam there with classmates, played guitar. Our spot was old villa abandon by American after the war, it just passed Thanh Da complex before going into Binh Quoi
Kyle u so chicken 😁😁😁😁😁
For a girl supposedly from Denmark, she speaks and sounds like a typical Vietnamese/American girl from Orange County, CA. 100% Asian/American accent. Makes me wonder of all these novelties of Europe. I missed the other German/Viet girl 'Tien' though. What a beauty she was.
hahaha man up
I'm coming. I'll be there February 30th.
I known you try hard, Nina

Who is the girl in the blue top? Damn she is hot!
It's not like Denmark… You had better copyright that catch phrase before someone else starts using it Kyle. The funny thing is that is where my wife was born and raised, in Thanh Đa. It sure has changed a lot since 2007 when she first showed it to me. We took a boat trip around the "island".

Oh the monkey bridge! I went to a village themed outdoor restaurant that had this bridge in Saigon too. I got on the bridge as well and slipped, all caught on video! haha Can't wait to checkout more of your videos!
